Book a course of 6 classes for £60. Courses run over 6 consecutive weeks. As due date approaches, pay as you go per session is accepted.

  • Firm pillow/ Pregnancy pillow/ Bolster

  • A drink

​Benefits of Pregnancy Yoga:
 

Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginners and those with a regular yoga practise. Yoga offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby, and you will leave each class feeling deeply relaxed and take with you relaxation techniques that you can use during your pregnancy, birth and beyond. Coming to class is a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be. You are welcome to join classes from the 14th week of your pregnancy.
